Welcome to my website! My name is John C. Stanko (he/thon), and I am a first-generation doctoral candidate in political science at Indiana University. My specialty is international relations and the foreign policies of centralized/centralizing states in Eurasia. I am a Graduate Affiliate with the IU Russian Studies Workshop and have received multiple Foreign Language & Area Studies awards to further my study of languages of the region.
